General

You must have at least +3 feedbacks to bid for our items.
If you are new and have less than +3 feedbacks, leave your request & handphone number in "Ask Seller A Question". We will get in touch with you.
Bidders with -5 feedbacks in the last 12 months will be removed from our auctions. "Postive" feedbacks with unfavourable comments are counted as negatives.
Before Bidding, post any queries you may have in "Ask Seller A Question" to avoid any misunderstanding.
All Items are sold "as is", strictly no refunds or exchanges.
All sales/ biddings are final.

Postal Delivery & Payment
(within Singapore)

Payments by DBS/ POSB Internet/ ATM fund transfers ONLY.
Only our POSBank Account Number is required with the above payment methods. Account holder name is never required and will not be given. If you do not have a DBS/POSB ATM card, please ask your relative or friend to pay on your behalf.
Drop us an email/SMS after you have made your Internet/ATM fund transfer.
Unless stated otherwise, some auction items come with FREE Normal Post.
If unclear, please clarify with us.
Registered Mail is optional but recommended for security & postal tracking.
It costs an additional $2.25.
Normal (Unregistered) Mails are posted out at Buyer’s Risk.
We will take every care to pack your items securely but no refunds will be given for Normal Mails which are lost/damaged in transit. Our responsibility ends once the item is posted out. Opt for Registered Mail if you are not willing to take this risk.

Please make your payment within 3 days from email notification.
If you can't meet this deadline, have the courtesy to inform us within the 3 days or an unpaid item report will be filed against you! Exercise good communications to avoid any misunderstanding!
All items will be posted out within 2-3 working days upon confirmation of payment received.

Hand Delivery & Payment

Meet-ups at BUKIT BATOK MRT Station Only (Post Box Area). Cash on Collection.
Please note that under SMRT regulations, it is an offence to conduct a business transaction over the MRT fare gate. The maximum penalty is a $2,000 fine. You may read the news article here for more details.
Meet-up is also the preferred delivery method for bulky and fragile items.
Bidders choosing to meet-up must provide their handphone numbers.
No meet-ups for low value items unless it is to our convenience.
Bidders with many unfavourable ratings are required to give deposits prior to
meet-ups.
Meet-ups at other locations in the West Region is possible for total bids above $20. However, you must place a 10% deposit + $3.00 transport fee by DBS/POSB Internet/ATM fund transfer. This is to discourage no-shows.
Bidders who are unable to meet-up within 1 week after the auction closing dates are required to make their payments by DBS/POSB Internet/ATM fund transfers. A later date may be arranged for the collection of items.
Meet-ups are negotiable BUT seller has the right to reject.

Postal Delivery & Payment
(International)

We accept international deals only on a case-by-case basis.
Please check with us before bidding.
PayPal Payments Only for international transactions.
A transaction fee of 5.4% + $0.50 will be added for ALL PayPal transactions.
So the Final Amount You Pay (SGD) will be calculated as follows:

( A + B ) + [ (A + B) x 5.4% + $0.50 ]
A: Bid Price
B: Shipping & Handling Charges
We may insist postal delivery via Registered Mail for certain bid items or to certain countries for tracking & security reasons. Registered Mail costs an additional $2.20. Tracking can be done online here.
Unregistered Airmails/Surface Mails are posted out at Buyer's Risk.

eBook Delivery & Payment

You are purchasing an eBook (digital, soft copy, "electronic" Book).
This is not a physical, hard copy book, but resembles one.
You need Acrobat Reader (A pdf reader) to view the eBooks.
Not all eBooks come with pictures. Some may not have any.
Strictly no meet-ups. eBooks/Download links will be delivered by email only.
No shipping charges.

Auction Feedbacks & Ratings

We believe in exchanging feedbacks/ratings. As Buyers, we will leave our Sellers feedbacks when we receive our items. Likewise as Sellers, we will leave positive feedbacks for Buyers who had left us one after receiving their items.
For Bidders who do not honour their bids, Unpaid Item Strikes will be filed against them, names will be blacklisted and items will be re-listed. We do not tolerate Prank Bidders.
We will not hesitate to File Reports/ Give Negative Feedbacks to the following losers so as to alert other Auction Sellers:
